Beginning Filmmaking
Students will learn about introductory filmmaking. They will be involved in exercises and short projects to introduce and improve their skills as a filmmaker. They will learn about framing shots, editing stories, creating storyboards, filming and directing actors, editing the footage on the computer, adding music and sound effects, and producing a DVD. We will focus on one larger group project, but there will be time for students to practice their skills on smaller individual projects.
