Golf
Since joining the Mile High League in 2009, the Dawson golf team has made it a habit of bringing home conference titles annually. While Dawson is home to four straight league titles, the program’s ultimate goal is a state team championship. The Mustangs have been in the hunt each year and have three-straight top-four finishes (third in 2010 and ’11, and fourth in 2012). Dawson has produced two state medalists in Trevor Owens (2000) and Peter Hassan (2009) and two runner-up performances in Owens (’01) and Cole Nygren (’11).
