Dr. Schoenwald has dedicated his career to independent school and collegiate education, bringing over a decade of executive leadership experience to his role. He began his career in higher education, serving as the Director of the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College and later as the Dean of Rockefeller College at Princeton University. He then transitioned to independent school leadership, serving as Head of School at Rocky Hill School and spending 12 years as the Assistant Head of School and Upper School Principal at Gulliver Preparatory School in Miami, Florida.
