Bread, Cheese, & Chocolate Winterim

The Bread, Cheese, & Chocolate Winterim spent the whole day making cheese. At the Art of Cheese school in Longmont, we made chèvre, fromage blanc, and feta. During our lunch break, we got to meet the goats! Then in the afternoon, we learned how to make mozzarella and burrata. More cheese to come on Thursday!

Today the students visited Great Harvest Bread Company in Boulder. They learned more about the bread-making process and even made their own bread rolls.
