Our last day included a morning of learning traditional kalo (taro) farming techniques. We searched out and eradicated invasive apple snails and their eggs in the patches. It was a fun morning of playing in the mud before washing off in the ocean at Haena State Park. Limahuli sent us off with a potluck lunch before we headed to the airport.
