Fabulous Fibers & Fabrics Winterim

Our week's been busy already!
We spent all day Monday at A Quilter's Corner in Erie, hand stitching our own three x3 quilt squares - it was a demanding project, but one we all enjoyed!
Tuesday morning, we returned to the Longmont Yarn Shoppe to finish a crochet project with them and continued to work on our choice projects when we returned to campus.
Wednesday, we enjoyed a visit from a professional textile artist, Jolise Slavik, who talked about her artistic process and what it takes to turn a hobby into a full-time job. Then we worked with us on some garland and yarn-wrapping projects.

We're looking forward to two days of uninterrupted creative work time to finish our week!
