Bread, Cheese, and Chocolate Winterim 3/24

It's Showstopper day for Bread, Cheese, & Chocolate! The students broke into groups to make their final impressive creations. Sean, Maddie, Talula, and Max made cheesy pull-apart bread (with homemade mozzarella) and chocolate chip cookies. Ben, Vernon, Deven, and Gavin made chocolate challah bread, cinnamon rolls, and ganache-filled strawberries. And Piper, Koben, Luca, and Lily made sfogliatelle stuffed with homemade cheese and ham, and chocolate, alongside chocolate truffles. They then presented to our panel of guest judges - Mr. Moore, Ms. Lipson, and Ms. Michael. Everything came out wonderful!
