At Dawson, learning happens through connection, curiosity, and real-world experience. During Open House, you’ll have the chance to see that in action.
- Meet the faculty and students who bring learning to life every day
- Explore classrooms, creative spaces, and athletic facilities across our 107-acre campus
- Learn about unique programming such as Spanish and robotics in the Lower School, to creative media, entrepreneurship, global travel, and internships in the Upper School
- Talk with college counseling and learn more about the personalized planning and support that's provided
- Connect with admissions leaders about the right path for your child
Who Should Attend
Children of all ages are welcome to attend. This event is ideal for families exploring:
- Kindergarten through Grade 12 enrollment
- A more personalized academic environment
- A school that combines strong academics with experiential learning
- Preparation for college and a rapidly changing world
Division-Specific Guided Tours
Tours will depart at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and are approximately 75 minutes.
Arrive up to 30 minutes early and enjoy a warm welcome from Dawson community members and light refreshments in the Dining Commons.
- Lower School (K–5) is a hands-on, “passport-style” scavenger hunt through art, music, technology, and more.
- Middle School (6–8) is an Interactive tour that’s collaborative and engaging, led by faculty and students.
- Upper School (9–12) is a guided tour with interactive stops highlighting academics, clubs, athletics, college counseling, and experiential programs led by students.
